Linda has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1998 and brings knowledge and professionalism to new levels.  Her expertise in residential real estate coupled with her desire to make Buyers and Sellers truly informed and happy with their experience sets her apart from many other REALTORs®. A member of the Board of Directors of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORs®, Linda stays involved in her industry's inner network including The Women's Council of REALTORs®, where she has held several leadership roles.  She also owns the consulting company LJ Consulting, Inc. Linda's favorite hobby is running, and she finds that the time on the road clears her mind and allows her to focus on the goals ahead.  Through her running efforts, she raises money for Juevenille Diabetes, Katrina Relief, and other charities.

Beth Martin, Buyer Specialist

Beth is our Team’s dedicated Buyer Agent. Her primary goal is to make the house-hunting process a pleasant and enjoyable one; ensuring that each client finds the perfect home pleasing to both their lifestyle and budget.  Beth holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked for more than 15 years in client service-related fields.  Also, having relocated several times herself, Beth has a unique understanding of the relocation process and is able to help our clients seamlessly transition to the area.

Heather Sasser, Broker & Marketing Coordinator

Heather develops and implements marketing campaigns for Linda and her team. Additionally, she assists with print marketing opportunities for our listings through articles and ads. Heather also has a broker’s license and enjoys working with relocation clients as well as local buyers. With a family of six living in Cary, she holds a wealth of knowledge on what’s available in the area. Heather has a degree in Communications from N.C. State University and many years experience in marketing and investment real estate.

Katy is a dedicated Buyer’s Agent. She is committed to helping her clients find exactly what they want while maintaining great communication throughout the home search process. With her background in education and also having worked at a closing attorney’s office, Katy is patient and knowledgeable during the home buying process. Crystal Stafford, Listing & Marketing Specialist

Blending her over 10 years of marketing experience with her passion and knowledge as a licensed real estate agent, Crystal creates advertising materials for each listing with special emphasis on internet marketing. She works closely with Linda to ensure our listings stand out among the rest. She is a native of North Carolina having grown up in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Crystal is a graduate of Elon University and has been a resident of Wake County for over 15 years.

Sara Davis, Closing Coordinator & Assistant

Sara coordinates the details of every closing and serves as the liaison between the buying and selling agents. From contract to closing, Sara works diligently with each client to ensure a smooth, worry-free transaction and excellent customer service. Additionally, she oversees LTC's rental properties & provides administrative support for Linda's various professional committee responsibilities. Sara has a degree in Middle School Education from N.C. State University & recently made the transition from managing a Commercial Real Estate Development Company.

Originally from the Hudson Valley area of New York, Stefanie is married with three children and has lived in Wake County for 18 years.
